1kg chicken nibbles
Marinate:
4 cloves garlic
2 bird’s eye chillies (optional)
Rind of 1 orange, grated
Juice of half an orange
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
Blend grated orange rind, orange juice, salt, garlic and chillies. Spread marinate into chicken nibbles and let
it marinate for at least 20 minutes. It
tastes best if marinated for some time in the fridge.
